Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via debit or credit card, bank transfer, through the internet or over the phone.
  3. If you are paying in one installment, the entire amount payable will be 2% cheaper than the amount payable for 2 installments. Additionally, if you’re paying in 4 installments, the total amount payable will be 2% more than the amount payable for 2 installments.
  4. A holding fee of £185 must be paid in advance to make a booking.
  5. Payment of the first instalment of rent is due at the time of booking if you book on or after July 31st.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 3 days of receipt of the Tenancy Agreement before 31st July.
