The rent may be paid either in full (with 2% discount on all 38+ week tenancy) or in 2, 3 or 4 instalments with a guarantor.
An advance rental payment of 1 week must be made to secure a booking.
Council Tax is applied according to the single or double tenancy,£23 per week for single occupancy, £31 per week for dual occupancy (effective from April).

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - Booking can be cancelled by sending us in writing within 5 days of starting from the booking confirmation date.
