Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 or 4 installments with a UK Guarantor.

4. An advanced rent amounting to £100 must be paid in advance to secure the room.

5. A refundable security deposit of £250 is payable with the first rental instalment.

6. A 5% upfront fee applies to total accommodation fees if paying in instalments without a UK guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days from making your booking to sign the tenancy agreement.
