Booking can be done securely after having paid a security deposit equivalent to £99.
Rent must be paid in full; those willing to pay in 3 instalments (due in September, January and April) should opt for a UK guarantor.
Rent can be paid via bank transfer, property reception, online after logging into your student account or by telephone to the property team.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college or UCAS, a screen shot of your UCAS status within three working days (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner) of confirmation that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within three calendar days (before 20th September) of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – Initially there is no Cooling-Off period. You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of submitting the online booking. After 7 days, you will be liable for weekly rent, until it is re-let.
