Payment Info

1. The listed prices are per person, per week.
2. The rent may be paid via direct debit/credit or via bank transfer.
3. The rent may be paid either in full or in 3 instalments with a UK Guarantor.
4. A security deposit of £300 must be paid in advance to make a booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 3 days of signing your contract, on or before the 31st of July. There is no cooling-off period on or after the 1st of August.
