Payment Info

1. An advance rent of £99 is required in order to secure your booking.

2. Rent can either be paid in 3, 4 or 10 instalments with a UK guarantor or in full without a UK guarantor.

3. The rent can be paid via Direct Debit or via Bank Transfer. Cash will not be accepted.

4. If your university cancels the course or you don’t get visa, room booking can be cancelled without penalty.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing up to 7 days after you accept the offer or pay the deposit.
