Payment Info

2. The rent may be paid via debit/credit cards or bank transfer.

3. The rent may be paid in monthly or quarterly instalments with a UK based guarantor.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 5 days following the signature of the tenancy agreement until 31st July 2024. There is no cooling-off period for bookings made on or after the 1st of August 2024.
