Rent can be paid online via a student account, at the property reception desk, by telephone to the property team or by bank transfer.
Rent can be paid in three instalments with a UK-based guarantor. In the absence of a UK-based guarantor rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.
Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth £99.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university/college or UCAS, a screen shot of your UCAS status within three working days (and no later than 28th August, whichever date is sooner) of confirmation that you have not received your place, along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within three calendar days (before 20th September) of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – Initially there is no Cooling-Off period. You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 7 days of submitting the online booking. After 7 days, you will be liable for weekly rent, until it is re-let.
