Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per week.
  2. Rent can be paid via the Bank transfer, debit or credit card.
  3. Rent can be paid in termly/monthly instalments with a UK guarantor. However, without a UK guarantor, the rent needs to be paid in full, upfront.
  4. A security deposit of £300 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No Place, No Pay- To cancel the booking, you must provide written confirmation within 72 hours of obtaining your results, along with proof of rejection from the selected university or college in written of UCAS confirming that the necessary results were not obtained. No VISA, No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing within 3 days of your visa being refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/ Cooling-Off Period – You can cancel your booking within 48 hours from the signature of agreement. You are required to sub-let your room to take over the contract. Once the pre-instalment is received from the new tenant, you will be refunded within 10 days with deducted £100 admin fee.
