Rent can be paid via direct debit or bank transfers.
The rent can be paid either in four or nine instalments with a UK guarantor. However, in case of no guarantor, the rent needs to be paid in full prior to the arrival. Separate guarantors are required for each occupant.
Booking can be made securely after having paid a refundable security deposit worth £200 for studio rooms and £150 for apartments.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. 2. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused, and you no longer have a place on your course. 3. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period- You can cancel your booking within 7 calendar days after signing your AST if your booking was made before 1st August. If you booked on or after 1st August for tenancies starting up to 30th September, you have 24 hours after signing your AST to cancel. If your booking is made within 7 days (or 24 hours if after 1st August), you may cancel without penalty up until the day before your tenancy start date. To request a cancellation, you can email or contact your Accommodation Team directly. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, we may retain part or all of your deposit.
