Prices listed are per person, per month.
Payment can be made in 12 equal installments by online money transfer, credit/debit card, or ACH electronic checking. A convenience fee is applicable in the case of credit/debit card payments.
An annual administrative fee ($650, or $99 with approved guarantor) and $15 application fee required.
Those in need of a furniture package will have to pay an additional $40.
Residents will be responsible for his or her pro-rata share of electricity and water charges during the term of the Agreement.
Residents need to provide a qualifying guarantor or pre-pay the final 2 installments within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed.
