Rent is due on the 1st of every month even though there is a grace period until the 3rd.
Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or e-check.
An administrative fee worth $220 and an application fee worth $85 are required at the time of booking and a security deposit worth $250 are required at the time of booking.
Also, an extra fee of $145 which includes $50 for Amenity fee , $80 Garage Fee and $15 for conservation fee is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
