Payment Info

  2. Booking can be done after paying the first month's rent as per the unit along with the deposit amount of $1,000 and a cleaning fee of $150.
  3. A credit check is required which generally costs $25, as well as proof of income.
  4. If the credit check is not available in that case a US Guarantor is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
