This generously sized apartment comes complete with air conditioning and two sizable bedrooms, each sharing a well-appointed bathroom. The private bedroom offers ample space and features a built-in closet for storage. Optional furniture packages can be arranged for an additional fee. Residents can enjoy access to a shared kitchen, with appliances available for cooking at an extra cost. A cozy sofa set and flatscreen TV are provided in the common living room for residents' enjoyment.

Payment Info

  1. The prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent is due on the 1st of every month even though there is a grace period until the 3rd.
  3. Rent can be paid via credit card, debit card or e-check.
  4. An application fee worth $85 are required at the time of booking and a security deposit worth $200 are required at the time of booking.
  5. Also, an extra fee of $228 which includes $100 for Short Term Lease , $50 Amenity Fee , $63 for conservice fee and $15 for appliances per month is required.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
