Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month. 
  2. Rent can either be paid in one, two or twelve installments via check, money order, or through the online system.
  3. An additional rent-mitigated risk fee worth $12.95 is also required. 
  4. Two pets per unit are permitted with a $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee and an additional $30 Pet Rent per installment per pet.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
