Payment Info

  1. Prices listed are per person, per month.
  2. Rent can be paid via e-check, credit card, cash and MoneyGram.
  3. A security deposit worth one month’s rent is required at the time of booking.
  4. Booking can be done securely after paying an application fee worth $35.
  5. For students willing to take Internet have to pay $25 per month and for underground parking $70.00+ per month is required.
  6. Each apartment allows a maximum of two pets, with a $200 refundable pet security deposit and a $25 per pet rent.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
