2. Payment for the first month can be done using credit/debit card, paypal, bank transfer or ACH payment. For the rest of the tenure, you have to pay either via bank transfer or ACH payment.

3. Payment can be done monthly, fortnightly or weekly. For fortnightly an additional 7% and for weekly a 14% extra charge will be added.

4. A security deposit will be 50% of monthly fee has to be paid to book the room. However, there are no application fees.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
