3. The rent must be paid in full or upto 3 installments with a guarantor.

4. A security deposit of 2 month advanvce & membership fee of $250 + 100% room fee must be paid in advance to secure a booking.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
