Rent can be paid via check, money order, or through the online system in one, two or twelve equal installments. Cash is not accepted.
Renters insurance is required. The property provides their own mitigated risk for $12.95 a month.
There is a monthly $20 community fee, and an annual telecom fee $100 due at the start of each lease term.
App and admin fees are waived.

Cancellation Policy

If the student decides to cancel the lease, they will be required to pay the full amount. Alternatively, students have the option to sublet their lease, subject to a processing fee.
