The listed prices are per person, per week.
Rent needs to be paid in advance on a fortnightly basis through a direct debit form provided by UniLodge. Additionally, you can also pay via EFTPOS at reception, bank transfer, or through the secure payment portal, Novatti.
Booking can be done securely after paying a security deposit worth four weeks of rent.
No application fee is required.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay - Proof of rejection from the university or UCAS along with a written confirmation to cancel the booking. No Visa No Pay - Submit your request via post or email to cancel the booking with evidence in writing that your Visa application has been refused and you no longer have a place on your course. Initial Cancellation Period/Cooling-Off Period - You cannot cancel your booking and are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement, once you have made a booking.
