The building is located south of the old town and about a 15-minute walk from Jakominiplatz. The following points are nearby: • Tram stop right outside the front door • Technical University about 15 minutes walk • Park about 5 minutes walk • University of Graz approx. 15 minutes by bike !! IMPORTANT !! Booking process: - If you are interested, please send us a message (and include a scan of your ID/passport) - Once we invite you to book, please transfer the first month's rent via this platform to make the reservation - We will then contact you via email: you then need to fill out an application form with your details. - Please also provide us with your salary income statements of the last three months.
