The kitchen, bathroom, living room and toilet are shared with your flatmates. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. The shared flat (4 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. This flatsharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city. The rent is All In (including electricity, heating, gas, internet). So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and not more. We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for partys, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want.
