Pretty fully furnished house in the european quarter, right in front of the Cinquantenaire. Recently renovated. 5min walk away from Schuman. Courtyard at the back of the house. Each tenant has a private bathroom with toilet. The kitchen, living room and tv room are shared. In the kitchen, everyone has a private cupboard with its own fridge, cutlery, dish ware, pans and pots. -Room3 950 €/month bills included 15m2 at the bel etage, on the kitchen floor. En suite bathroom + toilet Best spot if you are working at the commission, parliament or any european institution :) Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 35€. For contracts of 6 months or less, there is a onetime fee of 150€ to be paid with the first rent. Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed. Please mind that there is a stay tax of 1€/day (minimum) in all buildings.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
