Furnished flat share ! All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This marvelous private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Bordeaux grants comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your luggage to feel at home! The room has a lock if you want to close it. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is located in the "Hôtel de Ville Quinconces" neighborhood, in the centre of Bordeaux. A lot of shops, restaurants, public transports are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on floor #3 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, pans, kettle, crockery, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils... It also has an iron, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board. Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance, water, household waste tax, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Quinconces is Bordeaux’s historical centre, it is named after its incredible 12 hectare meeting square “Place des Quinconces” making it the biggest square in France! The districts name comes from the formation of the trees planted on either side of its square, creating a staggered quincunx. This enormous meeting point welcomes many events and fairs all year round (fun fairs, Christmas markets, circus’, flea markets etc..) . The Quinconces train station is easily the largest connection point in the city, with the tram lines B, C and many bus routes passing through, enabling easy access to all corners of the city. The district is also the administrative, cultural and economical hub of the wine capital! Discover the many offices, banks, high-end shops and prestigious restaurants, and admire the bourgeois buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th century, home to the Bordelais elite! For leisure activities, the district boasts a large theatre, a public garden, and many areas dedicated to wine cultivation and tasting (wine from Bordeaux, of course!). If you fancy a break, you can unwind in one of the neighbourhoods many terrasse bars.
