It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, toaster, crockery, pans, kettle, microwave... It also has an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: condominium fees, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. This young neighbourhood is peaceful, wooded and quite residential, and you can find many students taking some time out in the bars and restaurants, as well as family homes further south. It’s very easy to explore the city from Vauban neighbourhood as the main roads all pass through here (boulevard Vauban, rue Solférino, boulevard de la Liberté and rue Nationale).
