A lot of restaurants, shops, public transports are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #7 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, pans, crockery, kettle, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, condominium fees, water, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Jean Macé neighbourhood in Lyon's 7th arrondissement is mainly residential, blooming with flowers and open spaces. The district where this lovely furnished flatshare is located, has many public service buildings around the main square which hosts a large food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As the neighbourhood is near some of Lyon's biggest universities, many students have made it their home and numerous bars and night clubs can be found here (notably on rue Chevreul). Similarly, you can stumble upon parks, football fields, or calm terraces around almost every street corner.
