This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is ideally located in the "Centre Historique Comédie" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. Many public transports, shops, restaurants can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, crockery, kettle, microwave, kitchen ustensils, pans... It also has an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, electricity, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, water, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The “Comédie” district gets its name from the square “Place de la Comédie”, home to the “opéra de la Comédie" (musical theatre). This central square is also called “place de l’oeuf” (egg square) due to its oval shape, in the middle you will find the Fountain of the Three Graces: one of Montpellier’s most well known meeting points which pays homage to the city’s iconic goddesses. With it being one of the largest pedestrian walkways in Europe, it’s a sight not to be missed! Here you can admire the beautiful 19th century buildings, appreciate the works of the street artists, or have a drink in one of the many terrasses. Many public transport links are within the vicinity (buses, tram lines 1 and 2).
