Situated very close to the Louxembourg gardens, this apartment is also very close (between 500 and 1000 meters in air distance) to Saint Germain, to the Panteon, Saint Sulpice, Odeon and Notre Dame cathedral. The property is elegant and quiet, the apartment very bright (it is at the third floor) and the location really good. The living room has a big window and is furnished with a table, four chairs, a sofa bed for two people and some useful shelf. The floor is made of ancient parquet and the walls have been recently renovated. The kitchen is in a side of the living room: it is fully equipped and all white coloured in order to not be very visible in the living room. The bed room is furnished with a comfortable twin bed; a big cupboard is also available. The bath room includes a big shower decorated with a stone floor. The rest of floor is tiled. Calm, bright and very close to the beautiful and relaxing Luxembourg garden... a good choice!
