The Capitol neighbourhood is the historical centre of the Pink’s city. It develops around the Capitol square, which has given it its name. Capitol Square is a place for the Toulousians to come together, share and enjoy their lives during major events. We find here the Capitol – an ancient and majestic building which is today the city hall of Toulouse. The Capitol Theatre abuts on this square as well. This historical building was inaugurated in the 19th century and it is devoted to ballet and lyric art.
