The nearest tram stop is only 170m away and will take you to the historic city centre and the main sights in just a few minutes. The fairground of the popular Plärrer, Swabia's largest folk festival, is only 350m away (the festival takes place twice a year for about 2 weeks, always around Easter and in late summer) and the Curt-Frenzel-Stadium is 550m away. All your daily needs are close at hand: restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. The nearby Wertach river is ideal for relaxing walks. Inside the apartment you will find high quality furnishings, perfect for couples, family and friends as well as business travellers.
