Hi everyone, Our house is located in a lovely and tranquil neighborhood with excellent transportation options. We currently have a spacious, modern spare room with a private kitchen available for rent. We are a family with a 3-year-old child. Please note that while she may occasionally make some noise, we ensure it's minimal. However, we want to ensure that you're comfortable and aware of this. Location: 3 minutes walking distance to S-Bahn Altglienicke (S45 and S9), with a 30-minute ride to Alexanderplatz (Alexdraplatz). Amenities: 24-hour air ventilation system, fully furnished, hot/cold air conditioning, Anmeldung available. Bathroom: We have our own bathroom, but we will use the one available for you because it houses the washing machine and dryer. Otherwise, this bathroom will be exclusively for your use. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
