With our lofts and penthouse located in a former laundry in Hamburg-Barmbek you will find it. Our penthouse comes in at 64qm and is equipped with a full kitchen and separated bathroom. SAT-TV, WIFI and LAN are included in the rent as well as all costs for water, heating and public services. You have weekly room service (Wednesdays 9.00 a.m.) including change of towels / bed. You find a fully furnished kitchen with oven, cooker, kitchen hood and dishwasher as well as fridge/freezer. No matter you just want to have chips with dip, Steak with salad or a full dinner - Loft-Hamburg enables you to experience food the way you like it. If you don't feel like cooking, The "Fuhle" offers numerous restaurants starting with "Jim Block Burger" up to "Saigon Café" with Vietnamese cuisine. In respect to our guests following your stay, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the rooms or have pets within your apartment. The monthly rent includes: VAT for short term stay actually 7% Cleaning and change over bed all7 days (weekdays between 8.00 and 9.00 a.m.) Local tax: "Hamburger Kultur- and Tourismustaxe" (1€ per overnight stay) All extra costs such as electricity, heating, water, Sat-TV, WLAN, LAN Our Laundry Loft off course has its own Washer and dryer as a shared service for all guests. Location: Close to the popular Fuhlsbütteler Straße with numerous shopping opportunities and gastronomic experiences. Quick connection with U- and S-Bahn via "Habichtstraße" and "Bahnhof Barmbek" to central station and airport. Short distance via Mundsburg to "Außenalster" in the City of Hamburger (Innenalster). You can use a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (off course with our heritage!). Please be aware that HA is an online booking platform. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
