Our 44-47 sqm Suites XXL with separate kitchen for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped separate kitchen with a small dining area where you can comfortably eat with three people. In addition, a comfortable box spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower will make you feel at home. On the pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m) there is also room for one more person in the Suite. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking. Unsere 44-47 qm großen Suites XXL mit separater Küche für Aufenthalte über 28 Nächte wurden nach unseren höchsten modernen Standards eingerichtet. Die Suites verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete separate Küche mit kleinem Essbereich, an dem Du bequem zu dritt essen kannst. Dazu sorgt ein bequemes Boxspringbett (1,60 m) mit modernem Smart-TV sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche dafür, dass Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Auf dem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa (1,60 m) findet zudem noch eine weitere Person in der Suite Platz. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung im gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschraum zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst in lediglich einem Zimmer. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. Solltest Du jedoch Fragen zu unseren Suites haben, zögere nicht, uns zu kontaktieren. Dank des elektronischen Zugangssystems über ein Keypad am Hauseingang sowie an Deiner Wohnungstür, kannst Du bei uns jederzeit nach 15 Uhr einchecken - unabhängig von Öffnungszeiten einer Rezeption oder Absprachen mit dem Vermieter. Die Zugangscodes erhältst Du am Anreisetag per E-Mail. Bitte beachte: damit Du Deinen persönlichen Zugangscode erhältst, musst Du unseren Online Check-In durchführen. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
