Die Lage ist sehr zentral,ruhig und diverse (Bio) Supermärkte, Bäckereien, das Nordbad, Tennisclub, viele Restaurants und Cafes sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Olympiapark ist sehr nah. Der Luitpold-Park ist quasi um die Ecke und bis zum Olympiapark ist es auch nicht weit (ca 25 Min. zu Fuß). U-bahn U2 + U8, Tram und Bus ( Hohenzollernplatz) in 300 m zu Fuß erreichbar und in ca. 7 Minuten am Hbf oder Münchner Freiheit. Aufzug vorhanden. Meine Wohnung ist komplett möbliert mit moderner Ausstattung und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Nespresso, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, Mikrowelle, Kabel 43"TV etc.) . The famous Münchner Freiheit is just 20 minutes away walking or by Bus ca 7 Minutes. This furnished studio apartment (35 square meters) comes with a 140 cm bed, a living room area with a big couch / table , tv and seperate kitchen with door and window, bathroom and big balcony. Fair usage rule: electricity costs are covered up to 80 Eur/ month. Differenz has to pay extra.The kitchen is fully equipped and everything can be used. Dishwasher, iron + ironing board, Nespresso and more stuff you will need is available. Coin Washing Machine in Dry Cleaning are in the house. Liability Insurance necessary and Non-Smoker.
