Unsere 23 qm großen Single Suites für Aufenthalte über 28 Nächte sind qualitativ hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine voll möblierte Küche, ein gemütliches Boxspringbett (1,20m) und ein aktueller Smart-TV sowie ein privates Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Regendusche, damit Du Dich wie zuhause fühlst. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Deine Suite bietet daher in einem Zimmer alles, was Du für Deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite. Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Aufpreis von 20% der Monatsmiete bei weiteren Personen berechnen. Wir bieten keine Wohnungsbesichtigungen vor Ort an. Solltest Du jedoch Fragen zu unseren Suites haben, zögere nicht, uns zu kontaktieren. Dank des elektronischen Zugangssystems über ein Keypad am Hauseingang sowie an Deiner Wohnungstür, kannst Du bei uns jederzeit nach 15 Uhr einchecken - unabhängig von Öffnungszeiten einer Rezeption oder Absprachen mit dem Vermieter. Die Zugangscodes erhältst Du am Anreisetag per E-Mail. Bitte beachte: damit Du Deinen persönlichen Zugangscode erhältst, musst Du unseren Online Check-In durchführen. Den Link hierzu und eine Anleitung bekommst Du nach Deiner Buchung per E-Mail. Our 23 sqm Single Suites for travellers who spent more than 28 nights are furnished to our highest modern standard. They are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.20m) and an up-to-date smart TV, as well as a private bathroom including a rain shower to make you feel at home. If you need to clean some dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for your stay in just one room. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us. Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing within 24 hours of the booking confirmation and your first month’s rent will be refunded. After 24 hours, no refunds will be processed. Also, the service fee is non-refundable in either of the cases.
