The apartment with elevator and all the comforts is situated near the Duomo and Santa Croce, near the exclusive street of the shopping, near Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Grocery and supermarket, bar and pub and restaurants are situated at 100metres from the apartment. "Other" additional required cost refers to the touristic fee, which is 4 euros per person for the first 7 days. It is possible to have a discount price for a parking space in the garage.
