The apartment is in the centre of Firenze, 5 minutes walk from Duomo, Uffizi and Santa Croce, in the limited traffic zone. Bar, pub, restaurants, supermarkets, local fresh fruits and vegetables market, pharmacy, all services you can image are near the apartment (10 is the vote about its position on Booking). There is a close courtyard to park your bicycle. The apartment is a studio (one big room with 2 comfortable sofas that become 2 double beds). There are 2 wardrobes and one bathroom: the apartment is very conformable for 2 or 3 person. The kitchen is very beautiful, perfect for love cooking. In the monthly rent are included fees for: water, electricity (air conditioned machine), gas (heating machine and kitchen gas fire), wifi, and rubbish. For july and august we have an extra fee for air conditioned (35 euro per month). Please be aware that HA is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
