The apartment (without elevator - 49 steps to climb) is located on the 2nd floor of an original 14th Century building which is in perfect condition and in the historical center of Florence, on Via delle Seggiole, in the heart of the Santa Croce area. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and main cultural and tourist attractions in the old quarter of Florence within very easy walking distance from the apartment. Internal description: Elegant apartment (70 (hidden) / 753 sq.ft) with 1 bedroom that can sleep up to 3 people and has 1 bathroom. The whole apartment has been recently renovated, with close attention to details and it is now equipped with air conditioning and internet. The rooms are well spread out on two levels. On the first floor there is a spacious living room that invites the guests to feel at home, relaxing on the pull out couch or perhaps enjoying a sit down dinner at the large table that makes up the dining area. The small yet fully equipped kitchen has a traditional oven, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. There is a unique spiral staircase that dates back to the 14th century that allows access to the second floor where there is the bedroom, with a double bed (160cm), closet, television, and chairs. Finally, in this same bedroom there is a bathroom decorated with pearl colored mosaics on the walls with a large shower. Independent heating Air conditioning: 2 split units (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom) Our opinion: Its central location, just a few steps from the Duomo, the Bargello and the Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and the attention to detail in its furnishings make this apartment an ideal choice for up to 3 guests who want to stay in the historical center of Florence.
