Once inside there is the bright living room with a pull-out couch, dining area, complete kitchen, and first bathroom with shower. The corridor leads to a large and well furnished bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the apartment has terra cotta floors. The way the apartment is furnished is very original and will surely render the guests' stay special. Independent heating. Air conditioning: one split in the living room and one in the bedroom. Our Opinion: Ideal for two couples or a small family looking for a short term rental. We recommend this apartment to those who want to live and get to know the city that is known for its magnificent art found in every corner. Small pets are allowed (double deposit + 120,00€ for extra cleaning to be paid on site). Pricing information: Included in the price: Utilities included (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets provided, condominium fees, and agency fees.
