It is important to know this to avoid receiving HUGE traffic tickets by driving your car into the zone. Double glazing has been installed to the front and back windows in addition to the rolling shutters outside the windows which can be closed during the day whilst you are out, to keep out the sun to provide a cool apartment on your return and also at night to provide a good nights sleep and keeps any noise out. The exclusive use of the garage means that the apartment is ideal for people that wish to drive to Florence or have a car whilst there but do not wish to spend an additional 145 euros a week or 30 euros a night for private parking. Just over the river Mugnone is the Horticultural gardens (Giardino dell'Orticultura, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, (hidden) Firenze).
