In the bedroom you can find: double bed, wardrobe, mirror and desk with chair. Air conditioning system in the bedroom. Centralized heating in all apartment. Fully furnished eat-in kitchen and windowed bathroom are the shared rooms and two further bedrooms complete the accommodation. The flat is located in an area well served by basic shops and means of transport, including up to 3 metroppolitana stations located on the Corso Lodi. Before the check-in you have to pay: - 1 month in advance - Security deposit: 3 months The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is refundable upon release of the rented accommodation without damage. - Administration fee 50, euro VAT 22% inlcuded The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the real estate agency that manages the flat. If the real estate agency doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the Lanldord is free to cancel it.
