Please make less noise and respect the neighbors in the building. - Remember to close all windows and doors when you leave. - It is extremely important to pay attention to your keys. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from lost keys or locksmith work. - To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid ID. - Guests are required by Italian law to follow the rules for waste collection and recycling. The timetable will operate as follows: 6.00 to 9.00, 12.00 to 14.00 and 20.00 to 23.00. - The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both for centralized and autonomous heating. - Please do not use more than one appliance at the same time. Failure to do so may result in power cuts. In such an event, guests will need to reset the fuse box.
