Living room and kitchen Guests are stunned by the beauty of this apartment, which features contemporary furniture, stone floor and plenty of natural light coming from the balconies. Both the living room and the kitchen are fully habitable. The day area opens out onto a nice balcony with views of the internal courtyard and furnished with table and chairs, where to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa, a flat screen TV and a functional table. The fully-fitted kitchen, provided with a bar counter with stools, showcases some trendy Smeg appliances and is equipped with everything you might need to prepare lovely meals for family and friends. Dalla cucina è possibile accedere ad un altro balcone che affaccia sul parcheggio privato condominiale. È di pertinenza dell’appartamento un posto auto privato all’interno del condominio. In appartamento, inoltre, è presente un comodo sgabuzzino. Camera da letto e bagno La camera è composta da un letto matrimoniale, un ampio armadio posto ai piedi del letto, un comò e due comodini.
