Beautiful two-room apartment with balcony in the Navigli area! The apartment is located in one of the liveliest and most central areas for enjoying Milan. In fact, Via Arena is located in an area full of commercial activities, trendy clubs and shops of all kinds as well as being very close to all the major tourist attractions and in the city center, making it a perfect location both for a couple on a tourist visit and for those who are in Milan for work or events. Located on the second floor of a quiet residential building, this large and bright apartment (about 60 sq m) consists of an entrance to the living area with sofa, dining table and kitchen as well as a balcony and laundry/closet room. In the sleeping area, on the other hand, we find a complete bathroom, a large bedroom with a comfortable walk-in closet and a desk. Given the location, size and internal layout, the apartment is perfect for short stays but also for medium-long stays. The house, which overlooks the Darsena di Milano, is in the heart of the Navigli district, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. The district, once home to many workshops of artisans, painters and artists in general, has been completely reborn in recent years, becoming a point of reference for those who, remaining in the historic center, want to spend a pleasant evening wandering among the thousand different places, bars, restaurants and shops that populate it. The Navigli, old river ways for the transport of goods in the city, also offer suggestive and romantic glimpses and along its placid waterways there are delightful typical bars and numerous restaurants of all kinds. The Navigli district, and the surroundings of the columns of San Lorenzo with its park of basilicas, is a very lively place which in the evening comes alive with people attracted by the great Milanese atmosphere that you breathe there, by the happy hours in the bars full of atmosphere and by the many different restaurants and wine bars located there. You will be in the perfect place to fully enjoy our splendid city, as it is the ideal starting point for visiting the most representative places in Milan, even on foot. In viale Col di Lana, trams no. 9 and 10 pass along the entire inner ring road of the city. Tram 15 takes you directly to the Duomo in just a few stops. The stop of the tram n. 3 is a stone's throw away in Corso di Porta Ticinese as is the stop for lines 2 and 14 in Corso Genova and takes you directly to Piazza del Duomo or Porta Genova station (Metro and Trains). The Porta Genova underground station is three hundred meters away, a 10-minute walk. We advise you to stroll along the Navigli and the Darsena which, in addition to being pedestrian area, are certainly one of the most characteristic places in the city and to lose yourself in the narrow streets that lead from Corso di Porta Ticinese to Piazza del Duomo to appreciate even more Milan and its beauties.
