Room N°1 has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The nearest metro stations are Porta Romana (M3 - yellow line) and Lodi Tibb (M3 - yellow line), both an 8-minute walk away. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 15 minutes with the yellow metro (5 stops). Bocconi University in 20 minutes by tram 9. ROOM N°1 for 1 guest: Monthly rates: • 700,00€ for monthly rent • 250,00€ for condominium expenses and utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 150,00€ (VAT included) for the weekly cleaning of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies) Total of monthly cost: 1.100,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 700,00€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€:(VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 150,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da (hidden) (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
