There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca). Security deposit We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to one month rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card.
