Located in a quiet street in the lively and characteristic Navigli Ticinese district, a few steps away from the university pole Luigi Bocconi, the Ied (Istituto Europeo del Design), the NABA school, well served by public transport (green metro line M2 stop Porta Genova is at 10 minutes walk) and shops, very convenient to reach the centre, the Duomo of Milan and the Cadorna railway station. APE - energy certification G - EP gl, nren 426.49 kwh mq/anno. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €60 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of (hidden) contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract. Final cleaning price included according to the conditions of the apartment at check-out. Cleaning service optional: 20€ per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided for free. Cancellation Policy
