The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. (three for each bedroom). The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator and is very quiet and bright. Consisting of: - 2 bedrooms with TV - 1 bathroom with large shower - Living room with maxi screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included and designer furniture - Well-equipped kitchen - The house is completed with 2 terraces. - The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. - All rooms have windows. - Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. - Sheets and towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. Check-in is available at all hours, but an extra charge may be required depending on the time of arrival. A payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone. (tre per ogni camera da letto). L'appartamento è al quinto piano con ascensore ed è molto tranquillo e luminoso. Composto da : - 2 camere da letto con TV - 1 bagno dotato di ampia doccia - Soggiorno con TV maxi schermo con Netflix e Amazon Prime inclusi e mobili di design - Cucina abitabile ben attrezzata - La casa viene completata con 2 terrazzine. - La cucina è completamente attrezzata: frigo, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane e stoviglie. - Tutte le stanze sono con finestre. - Wi-Fi gratuito. Aria condizionata sia in sala che in camera da letto. - Vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani e c'é anche una lavatrice. Il check-in sono disponibili in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora . IMPORTANTE - Si prega di notare che sarà richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal Comune di Milano (bambini / ragazzi sotto i 18 anni sono esenti); il costo è di 2 Euro a persona al giorno che si dovrà pagare in contanti al momento del check-in. Le spese di elettricità non sono più coperte con il prezzo di affitto dal 01.03.2020. I contatori dell’energia elettrica saranno letti al momento del check-in e del checkout per questi scopi.
