This 145sqm apartment consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen and is located on the sixth floor with elevator and has been recently renovated. Entering the house, there is a an entrance with a large hallway, which is divided by a glass door. To the right of this hallway there is the first bedroom, the kitchen, the second bathroom and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the left side of the hallway you'll find two more bedrooms and the living room. At the end of the hallway there is a storage room. The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV corner and a table (extendable) for 6 people. From the living room, you can access the balcony which overlooks via Tuscolana. The first bedroom is located to the right of the hallway and is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (which can be combined and used as a double bed) bedside tables, wardrobes and desks with chair. The master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom has a double bed (160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and armchairs. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and the second bathroom has a shower cabin. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you might need: it is equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cutlery and crockery for eight people and also has a counter with three stools where you can have breakfast. The kitchen has a small balcony where the washing machine is placed. It is possible to add an extra bed.
