Landlord policies · SEMESTRAL: from September 1st to February 28th from March 1st to August 31st · ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st. For shorter periods the following surcharge applies: 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
